What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free on all orders of $300 or more before taxes, anywhere in Canada. A $25 flat-rate shipping fee is applicable on all orders under $300 (before taxes).
An additional charge may apply for delivery of large items as well as for delivery to remote areas.
Depending on the destination of the package, applicable provincial and federal taxes will be charged when the order is processed.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Currently, we ship to Canada only.

Can I track the progress of my order?

After placing an order, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to track the progress of your order.

Can I pick up an order made online at the store?

Yes, it is possible to pick up your order at our boutique located at 1410A Fleury Street East in Montreal. To do so, simply select the "Pick up in store" delivery option when you check out. A photo ID will be required to pick up your order in store.

How long does it take to pick up an order in store?

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be prepared. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to be picked up.

Return and Exchange

Online Purchase:

Items purchased online can be exchanged or refund.
Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Original tags must remain attached. You have 10 days following the reception of your order to request a return and to drop off your order at the carrier. After this time, your exchange or refund may be refused. All sale items, accessories and jewelry are considered final sales.

Items purchased in-store may be exchanged or credited but are not-refundable. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Original tags must remain attached. All sale items, accessories and jewelry are considered final sales.

We accept payments made by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Discover and Paypal. A transaction may be cancelled if bank authorization is denied.
