Return and Exchange

Online Purchase:

Items purchased online can be exchanged or refund.

Items must be returned within 10 days of the date of receipt and must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Original tags must remain attached. A valid receipt must accompany the items.

All sale items, accessories and jewelry are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Store Purchase:

Items purchased in-store can be exchanged or credited but are non-refundable.

Items must be returned within 10 days of the date of receipt and must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Original tags must remain attached. A valid receipt must accompany the items.

All sale items, accessories and jewelry are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To make a return, you must log into your account and view your order history. Follow the instructions and wait for your return number before shipping the package at your expense. The original item must be returned to the store before we will process an exchange or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
